Obtaining Travel Insurance
Please note it is not possible to obtain insurance cover in Vietnam for vehicles. As such, easy-riders.net is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused to users of its travel services in this region. We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling. You should check any exclusions, and that your policy covers you for the activities you want to undertake.

Tour Bookings and Deposits
Bookings can only be made via our website. Only once a booking has been completed and confirmed via email will easy-rider tour guides be assigned. The standard deposit is $10 per day and is a non refundable fee.

Payment of Balance
The balance due for the tour (amount stated in confirmation email) shall be paid to the Easy-Rider tour guide at the start of the tour. Payment shall be in cash unless otherwise agreed in advance with the guide.

Cancellation
Save for the case where a Client/Agent loses the tour deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by the Easy-Rider team but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to the Easy-Riders tour guide or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be.
